This privacy policy describes how Trenylonix BV ('Trenylonix', 'we', 'us') processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
1. Data controller
Trenylonix BV, with registered office at Avenue Louise 287, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 0789.412.366, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.
2. Which data we collect
We collect the data you provide through our forms (such as first name and email address when subscribing to the newsletter), technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system) and data on your use of the website (page views, click behaviour) through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to deliver our newsletter, to inform you about new real estate projects in Belgium, to ensure the operation and security of the website, to comply with our legal obligations and, with your consent, to send you targeted communications.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), the performance of a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR), compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6.1.c GDPR) or our legitimate interest in improving our services (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
5. Retention period
Personal data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Accounting data is retained for seven years in accordance with Belgian law.
6. Sharing with third parties
We share your data only with service providers that support us in hosting the website, sending emails and bookkeeping. We conclude data processing agreements with all of these parties. We never sell your data to third parties.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by emailing dpo@trenylonix.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — contact@apd-gba.be).
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorised access and unlawful processing, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls and regular security audits.
